I think this was on the other board. It's from an MTV show, which ran for 4 seasons. The premise is contestants having to do activities in a library, while making as little noise as possible. 2 women participate in a game called "Paddle Daddy", in which they each get whacked on the backside with a kayak paddle. The first girl gets it quick, the second girl endures several swats because no one can hit her butt for some reason, unfortunately no one really does either...
