This is actually from Betty White's short lived sitcom "A Date With The Angels" in which she starred as newlywed Vickie Angel. The swat is from the episode "Catered Party" which aired in September 1957 making Miss. White 35 at the time, however the song at the beginning of the clip is from a later episode; "Star Struck". The spanker is little known actress Loie Bridge, almost 67 years old at the time of this episode, who also featured as a neighbour of Elizabeth and Alvin in "Life with Elizabeth".
