Great to find this scene, not having to go on YouTube and try to get to it without watching whole movie.
I recall there was a thread on it on the old site. Maybe it was there but I seem to remember seeing a mention somewhere about it being unlikely a woman in French Equatorial Africa at time would not be wearing underpants. Could that be the reason it does not show the spanks landing on her bottom, that movie code back then would not allow showing a bare bottom being spanked?
